Do Legends items come with COA Certificate of Authenticity? All items come with a COA Certificate of Authenticity from Legends, OnlineCOA, GAI Global Authenticated, or the company that conducted the signing. Do you accept returns? Legends does not accept returns for any items as all items are described and because of the autographs and authenticity returns are not accepted. If in a rare case a return is accepted a 30% return service fee is charged for processing and shipping costs. Back to Top
